There is a correct way to do it on the mac which has been explained somewhere on this forum, though I cant remember where about it is.

I copy and pasted the files from the 9.6 to the 9.5 folder and replaced them.   Is that correct? Thanks.

Sounds like the patch has not been installed correctly.

I was playing on 9.5 and things were working fine.  Updated to 9.6 and it loads about 1/3 of the way on the startup screen then crashes.


I'm playing on a Mac btw
