RGL Error at Saltpans

I'm using Dev Build 17.10.15. For whatever reason what I'm getting a guaranteed crash when entering the town scene, be it walking the streets or getting ambushed by assassins. I never had this issue bearch with Beta 7 or the previous dev build.

I'm not sure what I did but suddenly stopped crashing when entering the Saltpans scene. Sorry for wasting anyone's time if they decided to check this.

I have modified the scene to try and make it slightly less resource intensive.
