hello , i want to know how to get the valyrian sword from the blacksmith ?
every time i go to him he says
: sorry , friend , come back and see me when i know who you are ..

and i have 400 Renown 
and 103 reputation

and im a lord of a castle .. and a village ..?
anyone helps please
