Troop upkeep

So i made an op unit that i wanna use against white walkers using Morghs.  Thing is, its 77 upkeep with 10(+4) leadership which is a little high for me.  Im wondering what the upkeep is based off cause i used the base unit to make these guys as unsullies which have 0 upkeep.  Is it his level or his stats, or is it the armor and weapons i gave them?  If you have any info please share

Afaik it is based on the level. But as you mentioned the unsullied it is possible to change it obviously. Since there is no such option in morgh's I assume you have to change some numbers in troops.txt. Dunno which though, maybe search for it in modding section from taleworlds forum.

So i just tried a few different things with it.  Right now i think what ive got is its level and armor price.  I made armor cost 0, it lowered it, i lowered stats it lowered it, and then i made stats really high, made lvl 1 and kept armor at 0 cost.   That made the cost 1.  I know for sure the level made the biggest difference.  But idk if the armor price would make the upkeep go up if i did change it.  Thanks for the reply
