Renly assassination quest/event?

Hi,

I am pretty new to this blog. First of all something a bit off topic: Registering was a bit of an annoying process Anyway, I love the mod and its events/quests. And I wondered
if there is a way to trigger the assassination of Renly Baratheon. Is there a quest? Or do I have to be a vassal of Stannis?
