Because of how the map is designed in this mod this castle really is way too off hand to be useful, except as a starting point if you decide to become king. I always keep it as my personal stronghold for the reasons you just stated, since giving it to a vassal means it will be an easy gift for my enemies.

Hello guys,

Has anyone had any experience with giving this castle to a vassal?

It doesn't seem to matter who I give it to, they never actually seem to go to it.... so it just ends up being taken with little to no effort
