Hi all

How do I go about putting pre made clothes like those downloaded from the user contribution area onto the base human so that I can modify them?

That one has the stormlands horn, perhaps with the faction blacksmith? You must choose stormlander at the beggining of the game or have a 75+ relations with them to access the faction blacksmith

They seem to spawn  very rarely at armorers, now I've never seen one of that style or quality but I've noticed some very rare clothing (armour pieces) show up from time to time. Not sure what's the parameters or circumstances around it. I still look like a peasant 700 days in too. I do love the "Second Outfit" feature.
