How do I siege in this mod?

I try to seige Duskendale, but when I charge with my troops there are no ladders on the walls, no siege ladder, just a closed gate. My troops just run into the gate and get stuch there. what am I suppose to do?

You should be able to destroy the gate. Or theres ladders on the left of the castle.
