How to turn off animation in castle and city

Hello how can i turn off animation when i got into city or castle beacouse when it is on i have 25% chance for game crash

There is an option for this in the camp menu options.

Thank you. Before i had a 50% chance for crash in kings landing actually 0 crash for 10 times. You saved my time.
