how do i keep my troops entertained there is nothing i can see to entertain them and also the whole rest function for moral im unable to turn off the realism options it just resets every time

You have an entertainment skill. Either increase your own or a companions. You can also carry alcohol or other items to increase moral, plus many other factors. Seeking religion also helps, or maybe you could visit a whore house for some r&r . Loads of ways to increase moral of troops.

thank you will try now i raged and gave up after my troops kept leaving no matter how much i rested most likely wasn't paying enough attention also what about not being able to disable certain mod options is this a known bug

Also, winning battles is a good way to get money & morale even if they are just looters.

Yeah its a known bug. Though I may disable them options anyway. I have worked the play to take this into consideration. So with the moral turned back to normal, it would make it very easy now.
