They are troops in the book version, if you select TV show they arent in it.

They are troops for Aegon and his Vassals

I saw a twitch streamer Master_rawls mod them into the esso troop tree or something. He seems to have gone dark though and the stream with the footage is gone

i am using Morgh editor now. Made every peasant troop tree into golden company troops.
