I think selling hostages to night's watch is pretty good way to make money. Northern Horseman's knock out people rather than killing. You can use them to take some.

why in the new update are my furs so expensive, how am i supposed to make hella bank by being the #1 fur trader in all of westeros.... please help and give tips on new money making methods or i will go broke thanks :) :) :)
