some tips please

so im new to mods based off brtynworld or whatever its called ive only really played mount and blade for clash of kings but i saw this and has taken me away from cok just because this has soo many more features to use and many more troop types bravo on that by the way but im finding it alot harder than cok so any tips would be helpful
