Perhaps it would be less work if doing it only to fiefs on Islands? That would be somekind of compromise...

Currently only Dragonstone and Braavos can be attacked by sea. Allowing this for every town on the coast means creating an extra scene for each with the extra waypoints and extra scene props, then I need to test every single scene. Quite a lot of work.

Depends on the city. You need quite a lot of troops to do sieging on coastal cities

when are you going to add coastal siege? I was roleplaying as a ironborn and when i finally got my ships , only to find out that you cant attack from shore. sadface*
