In 3.0 I did rescued Kingsguards from Dragonstone prison and they joined me 5/6(Jamie didn't got captured), so i guess U can get them from town's prison now.

I haven't played very much in the new version but that is how it was done in the others. As for Joffrey, or other defeated lords, there's a simpler method to flush them out, just go to them and give them troops, once they have a considerable number they'll go raiding or attempt to conquer a town.

The kingsguard were supposed to pass down to the lord of the seven kingdoms, so if it's not working that way it's simply because that feature hasn't been fixed yet, but I assure you that is how it is supposed to work.

As Indo said you get Dawn from Edric Dayne by defeating him in battle, Longclaw is with Jon Snow and is super hard to get possible. You need to have Jon Snow captured then battle whoever took him prisoner, and you need to be lucky to get him to join you, then if you get him as companion you can take out any equipment he has.

To obtain Ice you have to conquer Winterfell then look for the Weirwood tree, there will be a chest underneath the tree with Ice. Stannis has Lightbringer, you need to defeat him to get it, same for Blackfyre which is with Daenerys or Aegon, depending on wether you chose books or tv version (but always with the Targaryen invader). Dark Sister is in the mod but idk if Produno already made it available, either way it's obtainable by quest if and when it is added. Paxter Redwyne has Redwyne. I think these are all the ones that exist in the mod, there's also a giant valyrian axe but idk if it's obtainable wthout cheats, much like Dark Sister atm.

Aside from the weapons you can get other cool, character unique equipment, Joffrey drops his own Lannister armor (not the best heavy plate, but very cool and different from other Lannister armor), Tywin also has his unique Lannister plate, the Hound has his own gear as well and you can get it through a process similar to the one you do to get Longclaw from Jon Snow. The Mountain has a unique great helm, with the highest defense stat for helms in the mod, Vardis Egen has a unique armor too. Stannis also has his own unique armor.

I'm probably missing one or another but this is basically the list of unique equipment in the mod.

what's the percentage you think it takes for jon to join you?

That I don't know, I never tried to get Jon in my games but from my experience with other lords' companions  I'd say it's less than 10%.

Nope... In my last game i menaged to free him view times and there is no dialog option for me to even ask him to join. Eventually he just vanished :/ My question is why didn't he return to Lord Commander..?

As for King's Guard... The biggest problem with Joffrey is that when somebody take King's Landing from him, he will go to another fief and stay's there all the time... U must be clever to persuade him to leave his hideout... U can join The Westernlands and suggest him to atack somebody, U can use cheat dialog option to persuade him(but U must do it view times), U can join some faction that fight's against him and then suggest action, or U can just wait until somebody will eventually atack fief where he's hidding... Or just fight him, capture all his King's Guards and recruit them after some time...

My favorite combination is:

Infantry/Spearman: Stark Spearman, Veteran Unsulied, Stark House Guards, Giants, Veteran Gold Cloaks, Hedge Knights

Archers: Faceless Man, Elite Night's Watch Archers, Elite Tiger Cloak Archers

Horse Archers: Fireborns, Sand Cavalry

Skirmishers: Kraken Guards, Spies

Cavalry: Red Cloaks, Knights of the Gate, Stark Cavalry, most of my companions after some time...

As for Fireborns I allways get them from bandits or from Dothraki/Volantine castles/towns allways as prisoners... I hold them in some feft until I got a reasonable amount of them, only then I bring them to the battles.

I didn't realize people like Jon Snow can be recruited as companion. But then I guess that also means every follower lords are recruitable companions. You could have an army of just companions at that rate!

I read somewhere on this forum, that in 3.0 U can recruit only King's guards, but don't know is it legit.

It's just like in the books(except Ice)... Valyrian weapons are ancestral weapons of certain houses and usualy lords of that houses have them...

All that stuff needed to change capitol is anoying and unnecessary, if U ask me... There's no point in it at all. I know it should keep player busy,but it is just a way to make player frustrated...

Alternatively, you can set up an enterprise making velvet and get it from that. At least that is guaranteed, it just takes some time as well.

That's why I allways send spy to town before conquering it... But it only work's for me if I had 0 or higher relations. If it's less then 0 my spies allways end up on gallows...

As for religion, I noticed that there allways says that the town worshiping my religion, but only after building religious upgreade my magister start counting converted people...

Is it showed after U give somebody a fief?

I don't think Robb Stark has Ice, Ice is hidden so i quess he doesn't know where it is...

As for droped swords... When I was dueling Jon Snow, he always had Longclaw(and it hurt's as hell), but I didn't fought any other owners of famous swords...

I don't think it's a bug. It would be to easy if that would work as U wish... Player must choose what he want. Do he want to have civilised troops or do he want to have giants?

As for your question, there is somewhere on this forum a topic where there is mentioned how to change player's culture by Morgh's Editor, but I forgott where it is, so U must search it.

Edric Dayne has it, U must get it from him by killing him, sending him to the wall or dueling him with high relation(las one is a rummor I heard).
