I have no such problems, couse I allways do something before capturing a fief... I'm sending a spy to town before besieging, and when I get 20rep I conquer it and leave the spy for some time(or U can leave him forever)...

But it won't work if U have some minus points on reputation(the spy allways end's up in the gallows...)

- also i'v counquered city and game offered me to appoint master whisperer that appeared in the hall, but no master of coin. In my first castle i dont have any of those two (coin/whisperer), how should i force game to make them appear? (i assume that they should be in the castle/city hall and now somewhere else)

In case of whisperer, he apears only when U get a city, but master of coin should be there from the first time U captured any fief... I've never had such issues, so I'm guessing something could be wrong with your save/game/mod but have no clue what.

Talk to that farmstead owner, it helped me once...

She did agree me when I had about 60 relationship with her... Perhaps she's allready taken? I've heard that is the case with Sansa now, but had no such problems with Arya in my game. More problems I've had with persuing her to sleep with me...

I've had same problem with my minister some time ago, but I heard that it aint a problem If U choose your wife as minister(or some of your companions) but I didn't tried that yet.

U can wedd Arya in 3.0 but U must elope with her first, I've done it in my last play...

Master of Coin should show up in your hall instantly with Master of Laws...

Do you mean you besiege Volantine castles and towns for fireborns???

For Faceless Man u have to own Bravos,but they are expencive as hell
For Kraken Guards u have to own Pyke

As for the Fireborns... No, I don't besiege towns just to get them, but I besiege those towns only when there are some Red Priests, and of course U have to have large army to do this ;) rebelling with Blackfire can help with that.

How many rep points we lose? Is it dependent on number of workers or its constant?

In my case it's about 1 or 2 points, but I didn't send many prisoners to mines, perhaps about 20-30units i guess...

What about those pirate parties with named commanders like Korra and that unwashed guy? Both companies are somewhere on far east near Quohor and that dothraki town.

Perhaps it would be less work if doing it only to fiefs on Islands? That would be somekind of compromise...
