I indicted him for treason 7 times and he still didn't leave, just as a test. He is clingy.

Also do you lose relation with lords for sending someone to the wall?

I know my best bet would to be just hand him some random village so if he dips he doesn't take my shit, but again, I have been doing an amazing job befriending every upstanding lord in the game (300 honor on day 450, can you believe that?) On top of this I am making my upstanding companions into lords as well, and due to my *ahem* tampering, all of them start as really high level companions (Qyburn started with like surgery 8, Barristan is basically an unstoppable powerhouse of a fighter)

Thanks for the suggestions guy!

Just put him to some good use, make the fucker burn the midnght oil, and after you get King's Landing, just send him to The Wall.

I had an ex-girlfriend like that. No patch in the world could fix her ;)

As long as you have a better relation than his last liege (and other liege's within the realm) he will always join you. Only effective way to get rid of lords in this game is too send them to the wall.

A debachued lord wanted to join my kingdom. I said no, I was on a good track to getting nothing but upstanding lords to start with. This lord, despite me saying no, ended up joining my kingdom anyway? On top of that, indicting him for treason doesn't remove him, but just drops our relation.

I tell him he can't join me and it specifically states he renounces his allegiance to the reach, and joins me anyway.

I indict him for treason, and it says he goes into hiding with my kingdom, and he ends up being a lord anyway.

This may just be a result of his lower relation with every other lord, but he has -3 with me and shouldn't stay with my kingdom

Extra information: We are having a great war against the vale, and have conquered two castles, yet unassigned.
