I got weird bug that enemy troop size is sometimes like 2000 or even 3000, how can i fix it ?
what you mean?
its like a quit a different, if you talking about an Army (party) size or having 2k troops running over the battlefield. Also its important to know, how far your progress is. if you are at the end of a game, i would not say, this is a bug at all, but a little weird. Every game , every save, has its own algorithm. meaning, that , if you start a new game and have some progress, the game will be very different from the first one.

i took the quest clean the village from bandits, traveled to the village and it was infested with over 2000 bandits, is that a bugg or it is because iam kind of in end game?

That happens if you level your character too high. I believe around level 63.
ahw. yes the end of the Line is 62.
switch back your XP to 15000 and see what happends.
