V8.0 / Can't get special weapons from...

Whenever I execute or send a lord to the wall, if they have a special weapon (valyrian steel for example) I do not recieve it. I get a message reading (Script Error: Invalid Item modifier ID: 131072
I have tried making a brand new character. I tried being a king, lord and neither to see if the "kingdom" state makes a difference on the outcome, it didn't. I haven't had this problem in earlier versions.
If any other information is needed then just let me know, I wanna get this fixed as badly as you do. Thanks in advance, you're awesome.

Hey,

The wiki is not correct. Can you link the page here and i will change it?

You used to be able to recruit them but it was bugged so i removed that option. There is still a glitch where you can still recruit them in the way described in the wiki, but it does not always work and was never meant to.

Hello produno and sorry for my bad english

So in my current playthrough i am in day 569 and finally after a very very long time of waiting joffrey got his ass kicked and then all of Kingsguard members were taken prisoner by captain-general harry strickland , then i attacked harry and to be sure ( this was said in wiki) that i recruit them i captured then with a bunch of golden company members , and after days and days there was only Kingsguard members held captive at my party , and when i try to recruit them ... It says THAT YOU DON'T HAVE ANY PRISONERS TO RECRUIT FROM!!! but i do have all of Kingsguard members as prisoners and when i talk to them i only can kill them or let them go and there is no joining option! PLEASE look into this because i have been playing this mod for weeks and multiple playthroughs just to be able to roleplay the game and become king with Kingsguard and so on... But this will ruin my save, and i have to start from zero!

Bug description:
It is my first time playing the TV/GoT version, and this has never happened during my previous playthroughs on the book/ASOIAF version. For some reason Robb's name was changed to exactly: "You have decided to take the news of the letter to Lord Tywin Lannister." on every part of the UI (Character notes, referrences in quests' descriptions and npc conversations, etc), except a few occasions:

1) On the world map when navigate mouse to his troop, at the very top center of the popped-up, his party name and number-of-troops are still shown as "King Robb Stark (308)". However, the very first "troop" on the troop list is "You have decided to take the news of the letter to Lord Tywin Lannister. (100%)"
 
2) When I interacted with a unit on world map with Robb around, the bottom left message still refer him as "King Robb Stark", with a message like "King Robb Stark has joined the battle ..."

How to reproduce it/when/why it happens:
Unsure about the exact reasons but the bug is very likely trigger after the raven telling us Ned was decaptivated, when "Lord Robb Stark" supposes to become "King Robb Stark". For the bastard/raven event prior to that, I chose to give the letter to Stannis.

Questions:
Is there a way to fix this without starting a new game? If so, which files should I investigate? I tried using some Save/Mod editors in addition to checking my local troops.txt, but he was referred as "Lord Robb Stark".

Wow, Thank you for the offer. Our Japanese translation of v8.2 has been done by 2 people (including me) till in April 2023 and seems to be stable enough. Can I send the URL for a set of csv files to you?
(These files must be placed in the "languages/ja" folder of AWoIaF.)

FYI, the open working directory for the Japanese translation is here.

I have done an attempted fix for this for V8.3
