storyline bug

when I am doing the quest that tells you to go to king robb stark and argue for the lord commander's case for more men it does not show up on the chat talking to robb when I press F to talk it just brings up the normal stuff when you dont have a quest for that guy

Has been answered a few ties last week, next quest is not developed yet, the mod is in beta and some things like quests are being added from beta to beta
